I have lived here for 18yrs straight in one bdr. Apt. First 9years I loved it. They helped the disabled by collecting rent check from me and others. I moved to back of apts. They had new management (mean) by the way they were called the Windermere apts then and crime went up. Child and teenagers tearing up stuff. Then I think it's Trinity bought it and we have a new name The Crosby at Westchase. We have security. Crime down or gone. Our pools are beautiful. They have and still doing remodeling. This is by far the most absolute worst most disgusting place I've ever lived!! They started a plumbing project which kept my family without water for Well over 2months...they left huge holes in my wall which caused us to have a massive Roach infestation which is still ongoing!! They tried raising my rent mid-lease to help pat for the plumbing project which didn't happen!! They lost over 40% of their residents due to this problem... it takes maintenance days before coming to ur unit to fix a problem and the leasing staff beli... read more
