As a local business owner and someone who has worked in the service industry for a number of years, this has to be the absolute worst service my wife and have ever experienced. Your bartender is in need of some serious customer service training! How do you let patrons sit at your bar as they wait for dinner and never once engage them but you take time close out accounts and wash glasses during that time. The Crest had been a place I would take clients until now. Very disappointed! Ron White
