We normally go here for crawfish, & it used to be decent. Now, idk who's cooking the crawfish, but its terrible. It's bland & cooked weird. & that's says a lot coming from me, I'm not picky at all when it comes to crawfish. But I can't reccomend this place to anyone until they get better at cooking them. Sorry.
We’ve been eating here since it opened and have always been happy until the last two times. We decided to go last night and give it one more chance and it was awful. No customer service what so ever, I cleaned the table with hand wipes because the tables were dirty, they were not busy and to top it all off the food was bland! We will not be going back! It’s a shame that it’s gone downhill because it used to be great.
I live in Castlewoods, I have visited your restaurant three times, I have been disappointed three times. You guys need to close up and save your money. The worst customer service of any business I have ever visited period! Give up!
This is the first encounter I have ever had with them. Went to crawfish king today and like the usual ordered 5lb of cooked crawfish every time it’s hot and I get home there almost cold as ice call back up there the woman said something about coming up there and putting the crawfish back in the pot. I said hmm ok.... now I buy crawfish from here 2-3 times a week and they have lost my business and since I stay in Florence I will just wait til Crawfish Shack opens on Thursdays and get the “hot and ready” crawfish. Where I eat lunch pretty much everyday. the crawfish are seasoned perfect and cooked just right.
Solid execution. I get Royal reds, dungeonus crab, crawfish, blue crab, corn and potatoes. Spicy goodness
