I will never order from this place again. called today to tell the manager about a $45 dollar order that I got on Sunday 6/14/2020..that was horrible....basically he didn't care..I will stick to crawdad hole where I have been going.....I HOPE THIS BUSINESS DONT SUCCEED!!!!
People that answer the phones are rude. Told me they got other people placing a order when I attempted to order. A lady working there unlock the door with gloves on, reentered the store with the same gloves ,locked the door back, and went to the back with the same gloves on.
RecommendedWe called the Richland location at 4:30 and asked to pick up our order at 5:30. When I called I made sure to ask if they had crawfish, corn and potatoes ready. I told them I wanted to go ahead and order so they would not run out. My son went at 5:30 to pick it up. At 6:00 he was finally told it would be 20 more minutes for corn. Always good tasting shrimp and crawfish, but cashier needs to be more friendly with customers or at least smile
Good food for seafood lovers!
Just ordered some shrimp easy peel with white spots on them and tasted horrible. I have spend a lot of money with this place. I called the store and the person who answered the phone stated he dropped them as soon as I ordered them. The order we received had crawfish tails in then as well. We only ordered shrimp. We had to throw it all away because you do not want to get food poising from seafood.
been trying to get a bowl of gumbo for over 6 weeks was a regular customer would come and get a bowl once a week plus shrimp and a drink now I'm told they won't have none until the weather gets cool no one eats gumbo this time of year I do what does the weather have to do with not having gumbo
