So sad to see this restaurant so poorly run after the Seattle location has been closed. After being sat and given drink orders to our server, we were approached by Jordan (with no face mask oddly enough), the "GM" who disrespectfully told us to leave because of our service animal, even after showing verification. After exhausting all efforts to be civil, Jordan showed zero professionalism and told us with his snarky attitude, "Oh look they're leaving!" as we walked out. What a train wreck!!! My wife and I have been wanting to go to The Crab pot so we went for our anniversary. It started off bad with a couple fruit flies in my wife’s beverage and they replaced the beverage but no apology or anything. We ordered The Royal which was the most expensive item on the menu and simply put it was terrible. Is was so overcooked we simply left most of it. We are very bummed!!

Food was over cooked. Slow service. Never checked on us for drink refills. Took pictures of the food all dried out and no flavor. Customers next to us found a fly in their drink. Yuck! First time there and probably my last time also. 😩
Was craving Alaskan king crab, crabs in general. Seafood craving definitely satisfied. My 2nd time going there for a bday celebration. Will definitely go back again. Yummy yummy yummy!
