Food, venue is great, but after over a year in business they still can't seem to manage the service aspect of the business. It's too bad because it's a great spot on the waterfront.

This is one of the worst places I have ever been. The hostess has an attitude, the establishment is dirty, not enough staff, service is poor, complained to manager he could have cared less! Go somewhere else!
I would give 0 stars if I could. We arrived tonight at about 6:10 planning to eat on the deck. We knew there'd be a wait so when we were told 1 hour, we were fine with that. We had our 7 yo son and he's pretty good so we sat on the couches with s cold drink and listened to the band. After an hour and s half, I went up to check and was told we were #5 on the list. After 2 hours, my husband went up and was told there'd be AT LEAST another 1/2 hour wait? Are you kidding me? My son started bawling and I asked for a manager. When... read more
Bar service outside tends to be slow unless you're "somebody." Probably should put an additional bartender on the schedule during busy, hectic times.
Perfect spot on a sunny day.. or even when the rain comes in. The staff is friendly and the food is great (:
We sat on the deck tonight and Jennifer was great!!! Band that was playing was GREAT (Prestige)!!!! Would have rated 5 stars, but kitchen was a little slow.
Had lunch there today. Delicious and fresh! Service by Jennifer in the fish tank room was outstanding!
Not to be missed! Atmosphere is comfortable and classy. Our server was extremely knowledgable. Food was amazing! Dinner in the main dining room and then drinks at the outdoor bar listening to some live music. Cheers!
I hosted my husband's surprise birthday party on May 23rd in the banquet room at The Cove. The staff was exceptional to work with and most professional. Everyone in attendance complimented the food and the chef actually introduced himself. The band Unplugged (Paul Trial and Gary Farias) was rocking ! I will not hesitate to have any future venues at The Cove. I have been back numerous times and have never been disappointed.
