Had a great meal with some friends from out of town....top shelf
The modern venue and sight unfortunately cannot outweigh the service. I am usually not a harsh critic on an establishment as I am a owner of one and understand the amount of hard work that it takes in this industry, but this was just inexcusable.3 objective examples: (1) Accidents occur and understand this, however, when your chicken parmesan cutlet (1 of 2 cutlets) flips onto the table while the server is wrapping it up to go, it is courtesy to ask if you would like another cutlet or a courteous write off from the tab or de... read more

What a disappointment. We were looking for a fun night, to celebrate the end of the school year. However we spent way too much $on drinks & could never be seated for dinner. You all really need to work on your staffing & retrain your current staff. The hostess & manager were extermly RUDE! We tried more than once to be seated for dinner, but were told there was not enough waitresses on,really. Basically we were told to go eat some where else! Absolutely love love this restaurant !! They have delicious , fresh, priced well Food and the drinks are amazing. One of my Favorite restaurants in fall river.
Went there for the first time to have dinner outside and was told it would be a 45 minute wait. We went to the bar and after an hour and 15 minutes we asked the hostess how much longer it would be and she said another 20 minutes and we were next to be seated. There were several tables open both inside and outside from the time that we got there until the time we left. We ended up ordering food at the bar after waiting 1 1/2 hours. 8 of us went, seated pretty quickly... Service was on point! There's no ambience to this place what-so-ever... As far as the food... It was bland, the steak wasn't worth the $$ charged and out of 8 of us that had several different dishes, 5 ended up with the shits for the following 2 days, 1 of which is STILL suffering 3 days later... I'd stay away!!!

Had a wonderful Father's day lunch today at the Cove with Dad and the family. Beautiful restaurant and scenery! I recommend making reservations so you will not have to wait! We will be back again real soon!
