I am so happy to be up and out of this schumbag ass apartment complex it's pathetic. Do not in any circumstances let a friend move to the cove apartments. They are so trashy. Dirty. Do not give a shit about their tenants or their belongings at all. No security what so ever. And to boot, literally took my full deposit and the $328 I paid over in rent! I was never behind ever. Parking is an absolute joke! Cars are all over the street blocking the flow of traffic making it dangerous for the whole community. A lot of the landscaping is dead and it appears that there is no plan to fix it since it was dead last year too.
Management doesn't stand by their word. One of the only 5 star reviews is one of the managers, so that should tell you that no one who actually lives there thinks it is anything above a 2 star.
