RecommendedI Love these apartments !! I had doubt about moving in due to the negative reviews, but it has been amazing ! The apartments are super nice & well Taken Care of Kristina & Danielle in the office are AMAZING and answer all questions I had and have. They are super sweet! It honestly is a great living here also people are super nice which is a bonus ! 🏽 highly recommend! It’s definitely a 5 Star !
There’s a lot there the place isn’t kept neat and the that nice they seem to be bothered when you have a question about something or when something needs to be fixed
Apartments are very nice for the price. People complaining about hidden fees have never tried renting at a place that charges macitence, park, and even HOA fees. I will say however the Dish bundle they offer is not very good. The receivers are beyond outdated. Other than that the apartments are extremely nice, and the newest in Tooele at the moment. I've been here since the apartments were built... ive never had any problems, except for a few inconsiderate renters that are unable to clean up their dogs poop (management can only do so much). The few repairs I've needed were done quickly.

Management is very efficient and quick to resolve any issues or questions I ever have! Thank you for all that you do!!!!
