You get what you pay for, I moved out in July and it's September and I'm still having to deal with this dumb appartment complex. No one knows what they're doing. Daniel G. never has the answer to any of your questions.
I lived here for a couple of years. High turnover rate in the office was a problem. I think 4 different property managers had the job in the 5 years I was there. Same with maintenance, I never saw the same maintenance person twice and they usually did not fix the issue I was having or they will just half-ass it so they can go home on time. I have no real issues. They come right away to fix things. It's not their fault that the contractors they hired to renovate the apartments in my section never got finished. The contractors never came back and painted or replace the carpet and tile in the bathroom and they left a filthy mess. The office said they sent somebody to clean it but it was not cleaned. The staff is under-informed and I get mixed answers dependent on who I ask. It's like they don't want anyone to move here. I have a baby on the way and need more space and one person told me I could transfer and the other told me they can't do that. They won't even let me sublet my apartment so I'm stuck. I've been here since last November and can't remember the last time they gave me my new "monthly" filter or sprayed for bugs. Also, pool area is kinda gross. All around, could be better.
Cheap, yea, but maintanence can take a really long time to fix things, one of the washing machines has been down since I moved here, and there was a lot of mix-ups with our move-in paperwork. Every time I close my oven, the bottom part falls off. And the apartment is ALWAYS hot when it's hot outside, no matter how high you have the AC, or how many fans are on. But I can't afford to move anywhere else, so it's got that going for it.
