I love living here, I had to find somewhere to live very quickly due to a situation with a previous landlord, I was given Kimberly's name and number from someone on Nextdoor Neighbor App and reached out to her immediately. She was so kind and considerate, listening to my story of the horrors I had experienced and promptly told me she had a vacancy. We had an overall nice experience renting here but just beware that even if you leave the apartment significantly cleaner than when you moved in, you won't see much of your deposit back as they'll apparently find reason to consider the apartment "extremely dirty" even though you cleaned the entire thing thoroughly. We moved in to find dead roaches laying around, filthy bathrooms, and a splattered kitchen- we had to buy numerous cleaning supplies and put in quite a bit of work before unpacking.
