I have lived here for 15 years, and in all that time I have never had a landlady like Kimberly. She goes above and beyond to make sure her tenants feel comfortable and cared for. Every maintenance issue I’ve ever had has been resolved quickly and thoroughly, which gives me so much peace of mind. What really sets Kimberly apart is her kindness and compassion. UPDATE (after landlord reply): Not that it's any of your business (it's called a dead name because it should not be used to address me anymore), but my deadname is Sarah Henderson. I absolutely did live here and left a detailed review about how you barely gave me any of my deposits back plus multiple issues with my back window in unit 3. I love living here, I had to find somewhere to live very quickly due to a situation with a previous landlord, I was given Kimberly's name and number from someone on Nextdoor Neighbor App and reached out to her immediately. She was so kind and considerate, listening to my story of the horrors I had experienced and promptly told me she had a vacancy.
