Could’ve been better. When we first moved in there were a few baby cockroaches and we had issues with getting rid of them for a while. We had a 1bd 1ba and the a/c unit is in the back part of the bedroom so the heat and air wouldn’t always circulate great but we managed with a fan and space heater. We moved out two weeks before our lease ended so that we had enough time to repair the holes in the wall, clean, and fix any other issues. I have lived here for 15 years, and in all that time I have never had a landlady like Kimberly. She goes above and beyond to make sure her tenants feel comfortable and cared for. Every maintenance issue I’ve ever had has been resolved quickly and thoroughly, which gives me so much peace of mind. What really sets Kimberly apart is her kindness and compassion. She is one of the kindest people I know, always approachable and willing to help. On top of that, she’s a true animal lover, and that alone earns her 5 stars in my book!... read more
They remove any negative reviews under the pretext that the name doesn't match their records, even if the reviews include photos and relevant information. Overall, this is not a 4-star apartment.
UPDATE (after landlord reply): Not that it's any of your business (it's called a dead name because it should not be used to address me anymore), but my deadname is Sarah Henderson. I absolutely did live here and left a detailed review about how you barely gave me any of my deposits back plus multiple issues with my back window in unit 3. If you don't delete reviews, where is the review I left? I had to look up the zip for this as I lived here from 2019-2021 (under my dead name).
