Lived here for 7 years and was very happy under old management. Once the new management took over after Covid time everything went to downhill. The new management only cares about money. They raised the rent by 37% under the pretext of renovation. They damaged my apartment ceiling while renovating neighbors apartment and upon lease end they are charging me for that damage. They want to replace the countertop so they are charging me for that replacement. No good communication from the staff.
This place is a joke!!! Definitely not worth the money it’s very outdated!!! No dishwasher!!! It says no pets allowed but it’s a dog in every building& the owners do not clean up they dog shit knowing kids play outside in the grass cause they have no where else to play. Office don’t seem to care at all. I told my niece it’s time to move out of there asap!!! For this amount of money you can find something a lot better.
