I have been here for a few years.. I have no complaints.. never had a issue with the office.. or workers.. I believe people rating low must not like being made to follow rules.. now I have seen bad residences move in and move out fast.. but nothing else..
This place is not worth living at, sketchy people wonder. Walmart shopping carts all over the property brought by these same sketchy characters. Office employees are friendly until you move out they charged me 60 dollars to clean my ac units filter after moving out 75 dollars for new blinds after adding up the total of the petty charges 353 on top of keeping my security deposit. Don’t make the mistake I did and move in here.
I'm glad I didn't take theses apts. They need to shut down them Apts
DO NOT MOVE IN TO THIS PLACE!
I had a very bad experience with this apartment.
