You pay rent...they take the pool out ..that is in the lease..without telling people...started snowing yesterday...no salt no shovel...so im guessing they will be off tomorrow for new years...we are paying to shovel and salt for ourselves
Don’t move here maintenance used key to break entered my apartment and stole my 75 inch tv and video game console..office didn’t care to look into it there also a weird smell in every apartment from standing water on the premises the apartments leak and they would. Fix my mailbox for 3 years each year the rent went substantially and put unnecessary charges on my final account summary don’t waste your time
Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place. The management and leasing office employees are rude, unhelpful, and only care about money—not residents. They smile when you sign the lease, but after that, they completely ignore your concerns. The walls are paper thin you can hear everything from your neighbors. Security is terrible; packages often get stolen, and nothing is done about it. The swimming pool is dirty and crowded with people who don’t even live here.
