Been here about 6 months now so figured I can share what we have experienced so far. Several months ago we found a bat alive inside our townhome. We were told it likely came in from the attic. Their solution was to come and seal the opening to the attic; not to go into the attic and remove the bats. I was told there was a period of time that they were "not allowed" to remove the bats because they are a protected species and that they couldn't do anything until September. Our family has been here for nearly 5 years. Always been a friendly, safe neighborhood for the kids, and dogs. So many fur babies, and great amenities that have been added for families during this remodel. There is a dog park, pet washing station, pool, a delivery locker to keep packages safe, and even now a gym. The staff has always genuinely cared for us residents, and about our concerns. Went to look at an apartment and the 3 women in the office just looked at us and didn't even speak. So Unprofessional! The female whos name starts with a B that sits at the desk to the right as you walk into the office really needs to check her attitude. The way a person or people communicates with you dictates how they respect you. Yes we are people of color. When people show you who they are believe them the first time.
I lived here years ago. I had such a great experience the first time that, I moved in again! The leasing office really worked with me to get me in, in very short notice. The whole process was extremely smooth. I am very happy being back and I am enjoying the upgrades they made to amenities while I was out of state.
The management & the maintenance team are all so kind and helpful. I love the amenities, the neighborhood, and how peaceful the area is. Very pet friendly too which is great.
