Stopped by The Courts at Spring Mill Station this week and took the grand tour. First, this place is just all around awesome. Second, the woman that I spoke with, Alicia, could not have been more delightful. The knew everything about the complex inside and out, and was very pleasant and enthusiastic.
Appreciate the quick response to any and all property mgt situations. View of river is fabulous. Happy here.
Been here 6 months it's still a project. They have delayed every deadline they sold to me when I moved in and considering the lack of progress thus far, I'm certain this place will look like a construction zone for another 6 months. It's overpriced for what you get and you're probably better off going to the Londonberry....I know I am.
