We've lived here for nearly 2 years and have really enjoyed this complex. Yes there were some hiccups in the early days, when construction was a daily, sometimes frustrating, affair, but that goes along with any new building. The property is beautiful, has amazing amenities and is in a great location. The office staff are very helpful and they have implemented tons of perks, like the new, fancy coffee machine in the business center, the concierge service and Luxor package service. Possibly the worst management I have ever seen. Extremely over priced for such poor quality product, I would NOT recommend living here
I've been living at The Courts for over a year and the place is awesome. I have zero negative comments. The apartment, the management staff, the maintenance staff and the amenities; everything is awesome. I highly recommend.
Everything is fantastic: the concierge service and Luxor box are extremely helpful, all the amenities (the game room, gym, movie room, dog washing station) and whenever we've needed help with something, the maintenance crew has been outstanding. I'd like to give 4.5 stars, but Facebook sucks as usual. The only reason for taking half a star is the heavy construction machinery being parked in our parking lot. I understand the need to keep them around, but I think there should be a designated area for them that is not taking up... read more
The Courts at Spring Mill are a terrific place to live! Beautiful apartments, p,entry of amenities, right next to the train station and Schuylkill River Trail, and close to downtown Conshy...perfect perch!!!
