We did the pre-marital workshop for the weekend and it was such a great opportunity to learn more about ourselves and each other in a safe and guided environment. I highly recommend this to all couples--new and old!
My husband and I attended the Love Made Simple workshop this weekend and enjoyed it so very much. We loved the framework, exercises, teachings and individual attention from the therapists in the room. I loved that you can go as deep as you want. My husband and I have been to a lot of workshops and done a lot of personal work and feel more connected, loving and compassionate with each other. My husband and I recently attended the Art of Listening workshop and we both very much enjoyed it. We have taken workshops with the Couples Center previously and this most recent one did not disappoint. The class was 12-15 people and it was led by Gal and two facilitators that would help with hands on exercises. The content was well thought out and the flow of the class would alternate between Gal's content/discussion to hands on exercises. My husband and I attended the "Love Made Simple" workshop for couples that was on a Saturday and Sunday; as well as the "Art of Listening" workshop. The workshops have exceeded our expectations by far. It's amazing to finally feel connected again and be hopeful about our future. Everyone would benefit from this workshop! It taught us so much. We are so grateful we took the time to do this!
