10/10, very relaxing and friendly atmosphere. I can only speak on my experience but my therapist has helped me with so much in my life. While therapy isn't for everyone, if you're thinking of trying it I'd highly recommend going to the counseling center (:
Tim is an awesome therapist. Not only is he kind and makes me laugh. He’s knowledgeable and can help me with any questions that I have.
I love this center! The person helping me schedule my initial appointment via text was so helpful and patient. Dr. Lal was wonderful. She was knowledgeable, personable, and really listened.
I’ve been seeing Ben Scoma at the Counseling Center for about half a year now and he has really been a crucial support for my life. Whether it’s dealing with my past or what I am going through now, he has been an anchor of rational thinking and my time to step back and figuratively get some breathing room about my problems. I appreciate all this place has done for me and continues to do immensely.
Our family has worked with five of the therapists here, and they are all knowledgable, professional, sincere, smart, respectful, trustworthy, reliable, genuine, thoughtful folks. Shout-out to Kammy, Karen, Steve, Bryan, and Ben. Absolutely top-notch folks, every one of them. Can't recommend them enough. The mini-fridge in the waiting room (with Diet Dr. Pepper in it) seals the deal for me. We're not going anywhere else any time soon!
