Relocated from out of state and Seth Couillard went out of his way and above the call of duty to help us take care of buying a house. We purchased the house two weeks before relocating to Bloomington. Seth took it upon himself to go check on the house multiple times during those two weeks due to all the rain. Sure enough the sump pump had gone out. Seth immediately took action, called a plumber and had it replaced. Now that is an A++ realtor !! So impressed
