I toured a home on July 2 and was very interested in renting it. During the tour, I was told that the application process required a $50 application fee per adult. About two hours later, I contacted the property manager to ask about their preferred move-in date, as the home was not in move-in-ready condition. I am deeply disturbed by how this situation was handled. Tenants reportedly raised concerns for months about a dog being abused inside one of Couillard & Co.’s properties, yet no meaningful action appeared to be taken. Even after the condition of the basement where Scarlett was confined became known, there seemed to be little urgency or accountability shown. Had an awesome transaction with Megan today and it is such a blessing to work along side a fantastic co-agent. We were able to assist a wonderful lady relocate closer to her grandchildren, which reminded me of why we do what we do.
