Seth and his team helped us buy our first home. That commitment is a little nerve-wracking and we had a lot of questions, which they took the time to answer clearly and quickly. They made the process much less stressful, and now we live in the cutest house EVER! 😊
As we neared our closing dates, I really started to reflect on the process. A recurring question I had was why, with other very comparable properties on the market (and in our own neighborhood!) our home sold in less than 28 days while others did not fare as well.
