We had a wonderful stay at Topsail Cottage. The house is wonderful, spacious, comfortable. Loved the kitchen island with room for our big group. Amazing vacation and the service was excellent.
The Cottages on the Key went above and beyond when they heard we would be staying for our wedding weekend. Heather and Eric and the crew added personal touches like champagne and personalized cupcakes. Our families were so impressed with the coziness, cleanliness, and amenities at the condos on Point of Rocks Rd. You can tell that hospitality isn’t just their business, it’s something they take pride in!
We stayed for a week and the management company was very helpful in answering all our questions. They gave us suggestions of which beaches to go to and when for the ultimate experience.
we loved siesta dream house. we only needed a few things, and the staff took care of it right away, literally within minutes! the nicest, sweetest people to rent from. we will back next year. clean house, pool and hot tub. plenty of room and great amenities to give us a wonderful week. the best rentals we ever worked with, hands down
The Siesta Key Cottage we stayed in was clean and comfortable. Though there were many floor plans available, the one we chose worked out perfectly for our weird family... with travelers aged 5 to 78, and multiple families in our group. We had an incident in which one of our group was hospitalized for 3 days for a stingray sting. The Cottages was accommodating when we needed to stay for some extra time to work through that whole unfortunate event. If we go back to Siesta Key, we'd love to stay in this place again! The staff and attention to detail is the best we have experienced!
Recently stayed in Crescent Cottage with adult kids and two grandsons! Great house with plenty of space! Cupcakes in fridge to welcome us - yum!! Pool was great! Fairly short walk to beach which was near Point of Rocks. Only issue was the resorts nearby on the beach put up the private beach signs which limited the public beach space available (?)! Otherwise a great choice for our first Siesta Key visit! 💕🌴. Would definitely stay again. Aiken Family
This team really knows what they are doing! We stayed at the Serenity Cottage and the stay was perfect from start to finish. The communication with The Cottages staff was superb!! Would definitely recommend booking with this group to anyone looking to visit Siesta Key!
