Recommended5 stars! We rented out a beautiful home for our family’s Christmas vacation. The house was gorgeous and very clean. The staff from the rental place were also very friendly and helpful. We will so do this again!
I just had my first stay with my family over the holidays. I am typically pretty picky when it comes to where I stay, but the properties offered were simply breathtaking. It is so refreshing to have stayed somewhere where you can see and feel the love and care from the company and staff upon entry. I would recommend this company to anyone staying in the area. Or even if you live locally and just need to get away from your house and try something different! I will be back as soon as I can!
We had a wonderful time at Latitude Adjustment. It was very clean and comfortable and was a well supplied home for relaxing, cooking and having fun. The location was perfect to the village and the beach. We were welcomed with gourmet cupcakes in the fridge and wine! We were very pleased with the ease of booking the home on line and information received through emails. Cottages on the keys is a great business to work with.
We have used many rental companies in the past and you all were by far the best company we have ever used! From the thoughtful treats when we checked in to the fully stocked cleaning products it was a pleasure to stay at our rental. The beds were also wonderful and I'd like to think you all had some input on that;-). Keep up the good work!
We had an amazing time at the property we rented on Siesta Key. The property was gorgeous and very well maintained. Even all the little details that rentals usually leave out like laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, and cleaning supplies were included. It was a great stay for our very large family!!!!! Thank you!!
This was the best rental experience we have ever had! The place was immaculate and the service and follow up was outstanding. Our location was near the beach and the village and couldn’t have been better. I highly recommend this company!

Villa Cascada was a perfect 4BR/4ba rental that actually is 2 adjoined 2BR condos that share a fantastic backyard and private heated pool. Walking distance to the beach and restaurants and was very clean and comfortable. All basic necessities and amenities of a home were provided PLUS gourmet cupcakes upon check in and a bottle of wine! Pet-friendly, family friendly, no complaints!
5 ⭐️ We came down for a conference and the house was a great spot for some extra rest and relaxation. Nice size with a great outdoor area. People were all very easy to work with, thank you. Short drive to downtown and short drive to siesta key beach.
