We stayed there Labor Day weekend and had multiple problems with both units we rented, not to mention issues with the general reservation through Home Away. The "Customer Service" department was unresponsive all weekend, and has been since. Nick has refused to allow me to speak with the owners post stay, and reported I would be receiving a small refund in the mail, which has yet to be received. This has been an awesome trip for us! Our place was very well equipped, clean, super close to the beach access, close enough to the nightlife but out of the way for relaxing. The staff at the cottages were great! Thanks for the great hospitality! We had a great time!
I want to thank the cottages for making our stay much more special then it already is! We stay at the old oak cottage and loved it! We got engaged while on vacation on siesta key beach and they had sent us cupcakes with just engaged on it! They also sent a card and flowers for my fiancé! I just want to say thanks so much for making our stay even more special! We hope to come back next year as it is very special for us here in Siesta key!
