Great property in Fort Collins. I graduated with my master's from Colorado State and wish this was here when I was a student!
This is absolutely horrible. My Dad is a veteran with PTSD and I am his caregiver. He is a light sleeper. Needless to say, with college student housing comes noise, trash, fights, and people coming over to our complex to break their bottles and smoke their drugs. I can't even sleep with any of our windows open anymore because the noise and stench are both out of control. It's so bad that I can hear it all even with the windows closed. Horrible damage control/property management as far as having absolutely no control over EXTRMELY LOUD noise and drunks EVERYWHERE - PUBLIC INTOXICATION, FIGHTING IN THE STREET, BELLIGERENT PEOPLE SEEMINGLY PLAYING CHICKEN IN THE STREETS AND SEVERAL OTHERS "CHILLIN'," SITTING AND STANDING IN THE MEDIAN DISRUPTING TRAFFIC (because no one wants to run them over), AND YES, ALL THESE THINGS ARE CURRENTLY HAPPENING AT 3 IN THE FREAKING MORNING!!!
