The Cottages offers 4 and 5 bedroom layouts with individual leasing. We have an amazing 24 Hour clubhouse packed full of modern amenities and a calendar packed full of fun events for our residents.

Does not follow their own rules and regulations. Pets that are on the exclusion list have still been allowed. Sanitary practices are lax, and nothing is cleaned in between residences except the bedrooms. Frequent crime and disturbances, and the only security officer sits in the clubhouse.
I lived at the cottages from January 2018 to August 2019. Overall it was an okay experience living there; however after moving out the process has become frustrating. They billed me for bedroom carpet replacement, and in the letter provided with the move-out statement, they provided an email address where I can dispute charges. If you want to live somewhere where you are disrespected and treated poorly regularly, then The Cottages is the place for you! They will move people into your unit without forewarning any of the current tenants, they will ignore your emails, threaten to have you evicted after mistaking you for someone else, they will enter your unit without notice, take months to fix your A/C unit, and instead of fixing the wifi which is included in rent, they make you fix it yourself. The staff are always so friendly and helpful and there are a ton of amenities to take advantage of! An overall great place to live!

Have a lot of issues with billing and the people there aren’t helpful. Payments don’t go through all the time and additional fees are given for late payments when you think you’ve already paid and on time as well. Maintenance has been needed for the pool and hot tub, which are relatively new.
My mom and I just visited on a whim to gather more information and were blown away by the kindness of the leasing office! Alyssa was extremely upbeat and helpful. I also really love their "Meet and Greet" policy with pets. I ended up bringing my dog Charley in and signing a lease for the upcoming school year. I am very excited to be part of this fun and pet-friendly community.
