The property is nice but they require you to do a community package for valet trash and WiFi. The WiFi here absolutely sucks. I’ve been to the front office to try and get it fixed the only thing they helped me with is giving me a phone number for the internet company (which they were no help at all either) WiFi so bad my phone constantly freezes and calls fail when I’m home on it. Absolutely disgusting here. There is dog waste ALL over the property. Nobody ever picks it up. I can't even use the dog park bc it's covered in it. probably why they don't show it to you on the tour. the houses by the pond are plastered with bugs all summer. my friend had to move out bc of all the bugs. You can't open your windows bc they allow smoking. Your house will smell like cigarettes, weed, and cigars constantly. Cigarette butts all over the property. Nice apartment, but an Incompetent billing department. Several errors and miscommunication have happened in regard to billing. If you have to break your lease, get in writing ALL of the charges ahead of time, otherwise they will “surprise” you with additional charges just when you believe you have everything squared away.
Beautiful and quiet community! Leasing and Maintenance staff are excellent and quick to respond. It’s a pleasure to live here at The Cottages
