There are cockroaches here. I believe it is because there are missing parts of the baseboards and the weather stripping is not completely insulating. I requested the pest control many times but it did not make much of a difference. They would go away after putting out roach bait, but they need to be continuously changed out. 385 rent should really go and fumigate, but they choose to ignore this issue. It's a poorly managed student ghetto
This place is decent. Although, it is comfortable to live in and feels spacious compared to other apartments there are two main problems. One you will experience American cockroaches and two maintenance is horrible. I put in a maintenance request twice to get a lifting vinyl tile on my floor fixed and two times it was stated to be completed but was not. Also, once they replaced the weatherstripping in the doors and left the front doors including mine and a neighbors without weatherstripping overnight. So bugs could go throug... read more
