I absolutely love working for the McCall Cottages. Very friendly happy environment and Co workers. We have and awesome caring understanding Administrator here to. Out of all 18 years of doing this time of work I've found the best home to work in and best staff love it here..
As many know, there are multiple assisted living companies in the treasure Valley, I have never in my life met a group of more compassionate, happy, driven group about what they do.They strive in providing individualized care to each resident they go above and beyond to really treat people right. residents are not just a room number but they becomes part of this big family. I have worked for companies who take away just to get more. This company gives more to get more.
What an amazing, kind, thoughtful, and caring staff!
This facility takes HORRIBLE care of the elderly. My mother was there for two years. Their turnover is unprecedented with the longest lasting employee being there MAYBE six months. My mother developed wounds based on their lack of care and the hospice persons were forced to deal with picking up the pieces. I wouldn’t place my worst enemy in any of their facilities!!
Horrible HORRIBLE do not take your loved ones here. Not even your worst enemy
