This is the best place I've ever worked. There is a phenomenal culture here where everyone is treated right. We are enriching lives and making a difference!
I've worked at many long term care facilities over the years and I can say hands down that The Cottages is the best company to work for. The respect and compassion that they show to all is not common. I have even placed my own family at The Cottages- they truly treat people right!
