This venue was created by locals to provide a smaller cottage for lunch and other events. it was built decades after the much larger original Payne Corley house next door, yet it looks as though it has belonged all this time. Annette Summerour says customers often ask if it used to be the carriage house, as that's how authentic it appears. its beautifully furnished yet cozy.
Missy & I love dining at The Cottage on Main. The Ganley’s provide top service and with George’s humor and Cindy’s smile, you are blessed with an experience of Duluth’s best. Some days, additional family helps out and their humor is icing on the cake! We phone for a reservation as they do a lot of wedding showers. Hope to see y’all there.

Held a company holiday party there lastnight- was a very intimate setting & a big success! George & Cindy (I apologize for not remembering the bartender's name...maybe her fault 🤣) were THE BEST! Planning was so easy & the staff very accomodating. Will definitely visit again.
My hubby planned my 50th birthday party here and they did not disappoint. The food was excellent and the venue was amazing. Please check them out!! It's truly worth it. ❤
