Corky was always respectful for our wishes. My wife and I and a set mark for the sale of our home. Corky said it was to high and talked us into bringing it down. He was right on our house sold in 9 days. Corky even helped us set up our home to look presentable to sell. When it came down to all the small details ( mostly paperwork) he took total control and let us have a reasonably normal life during this process. So I would highly recommend Corky very mic so.
