From the moment we hired Corky, I was out of town working in a new job. I found the Grimes team very easy to work with via email, text messages, and voicemails. Quick to respond; clear and easy to understand communications; good at explaining delicate matters; and willing to express difficult and/or challenging messages to the agents on the other side. Overall, I can't imagine the experience could have been better due to the Grimes team. I highly recommend using him! You will not be disappointed!

Working a complicated schedule, Corky was able to work with me during my times off and help me purchase a home. Listened to what I was looking for, found & showed me options until I found the home I wanted. Was very helpful from start to closing!

Corky worked tirelessly to get our house sold for its best possible value. He was always available by phone, text, or in person; he kept us completely informed every step of the way. He gave us good advice and handled all paperwork with ease and efficiency. We would recommend him wholeheartedly, especially to those trying to sell older homes like ours. He was very respectful of our needs and concerns throughout the entire process.

Corky was everything we needed in a realtor. He was very patient with my extreme pickiness. His experience and know how was very apparent. Took care of everything, scheduled walkthroughs, negotiating, inspection, and dealing with the bank. I will be using Corky again the next time we are in the market, and will highly recommend those thay are.

Overall Corky is the best realtor we have ever worked with, and with his professionalism and dedication, he made what could have been a very stressful move a joy. We were relocating to Omaha from South Korea and needed some special attention. We had never been to Nebraska and emailed Corky out of the blue after reading his online reviews. Corky and Eva were terrific throughout the entire process of purchasing a home. They were very conscious of our needs and wants, and were very knowledgeable of the areas we were looking in. Even with our unpredictable work schedules, they were very flexible and always able to work us in. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a home.

Corky and Eva's expertise when it comes to the market, and home selling/buying is invaluable. They were also quick to respond to all our questions, and made themselves available whenever needed, sometimes with very short notice. I would highly recommend them, as you can't get a better team to look out for you and your best interests while navigating the market and buying/selling property.
