When my wife and I decided we were going to sell our home, choosing Corky was the best decision we could have made. Corky provided great guidance and recommendations through the selling and buying process. He made each step of the process clear, and manageable. In this aggressive market, Corky was a great resource to getting the best for our home, and for strategizing our offer on the new house! Could not say enough how truly blessed we were to have him in our corner!

My husband and I were relocated from Austin to Omaha for his job. We knew NOTHING about Omaha. We interviewed Corky online from a myriad of realtors and decided to try him....and all I can say is Thank Goodness we did! He was like having a Guardian Angel on our side. Corky is the best! He helped us both buy, and when we unexpectedly had to move two years later, sell our Omaha home. When buying, we knew nothing about Omaha and had very little time to find a home. Corky educated us on all areas of Omaha and what they had to offer. We ultimately found a house that suited our needs wonderfully. When the time came to sell, we called on Corky again, and he was equally helpful on the seller's side. I highly recommend Corky if you are looking for an agent to help you either sell or buy a home.

This is the second time Corky has assisted us in finding a home; twenty years ago and this year. He understands what you are looking for and finds it. He's very knowledgeable about all processes (inspections, repairs, etc.) and is always very responsive. If he was going to be unavailable he always had someone for you to contact.
