I used to see the incredible Jeffrey Lyman. He removed my six pound PVNS tumor in my left knee. He still, to this day, is the best doctor ever had and super personal. I even had his private cell phn num. Hope he is doing very well in his new private practice. �
I have been going to the Core for a very long time both the Peoria and Sun City West location. Yesterday I had my Back ablation done at the Peoria location by Dr Feldman which I have been having done for years now and they really help with the pain and the nurse Deborah has been helping me for years also and always been very helpful caring and compassionate each and every time I go there for my procedures which is 2 to 3 times a year. You guys are awesome!
I see Dr Puttlitz for injections and ablation of the nerves in my neck. He has been able to keep my head and neck moving almost 3 years, next step would be having surgery to fuse and plate my entire cervical spine. Hoping to keep me pain free and surgery free as long as he can. His staff at the procedure office are very caring and gentle.
Love it! In and out in an hour for a back injection with sedation! Yea!
Once Again Core You Show Your True Colors! Test done in December its February, still don't have results and still haven't sent them to my PCP. Called them on Monday for the 4th time, it's Thursday and I am at my PCP and Still NO TEST RESULTS! MY PCP REFERRED ME TO CORE! FOR WHAT? They never respond or do their job! Cut me off as a Patient because they didn't like how my Insurance Paid!

There is a surgery scheduler named Nancy that doesn't seem to be able to handle her job very well. Every time "try" to schedule an injection is takes so long for her to get back to me. This last time I started the process Dec 12, 2017. I missed her first call due to driving, I called her back (got voice mail), she needed to know what injection I needed so I said which one.
