I was referred the CORE and saw Tharesh Udupa, DPM. I had fallen while hiking on vacation and hurt my ankle. I told the doctor what had happened, and he said "its a sprain" I told him I have had plenty of sprains in my life, and I feel like there is something more than a sprain wrong. He told me "well, ma'am... sprains hurt" he begrudgingly took an Xray and said he "sees nothing wrong"... gave me a boot and sent me on my way. RecommendedI get that COVID is scary times but how do you expect patients with BRAIN DAMAGE to go to the appointments without their licensed caregiver or POA? Y’all have to draw the line somewhere, this isn’t it
Doctor Sherman and Dr Wallace are great. The front office staff’s accountability and ability to do their job in a timely and correct manner is questionable. Good doctors but very frustrating at times.

I went there this past week. Got cortisone shots in both shoulders. Hope it helps. Very accommodating & helpful staff.
They asked me to contact the specialty pharmacy and order my own medicine. They didn't give me proper information to do this and took days to respond to calls. No one will accept responsibility for poor service.

wait time to see a dr is ridiculous over an hour i will call my insurance to see how they were billed
