Loved everything about the Copper Grouse! We went there for dinner to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We sat at the bar (by choice) and Elizabeth, our bartender, was wonderful. The atmosphere is cozy and all the staff is very friendly. This was our first visit and definitely not our last.
The food was fantastic.. we will definitely be back!

Great meal at the Copper Grouse. My wife's meal got comped because they fired pork instead. The mgr gave her a free glass of wine and took her dinner charge off the bill!! We never asked for a thing! Great customer service and we love the Kimpton Taconic! We will be back!
