The dinner dishes of swordfish and pan seared scallops were amazing along with the Brussel Sprouts and cauliflower with cheese. Clam chowder was delicious and finished off with apple crisp and ice cream!! The staff were also awesome! Can’t wait to return next ski season!!
Spent a couple great days in Manchester VT.! The Coper Grouse staff was outstanding. Brett and Sheila were so kind and made us feel right at home!! Food was great and the atmosphere was cozy and relaxing. We will be back!
My family and I had an amazing dinner tonight. The food was incredible, the staff attentive & helpful with suggestions, and the atmosphere was cozy, yet it offered a finer dining vibe. I highly recommend.

OMG! Stopped for Pop Up Cocktails and stayed for the most amazing meal! Our waiter, Michael, guided us through an evening of culinary delight! I had two appetizers in lieu of an entree! Bother we’re totally exceptional.
