If I could give zero stars I would. We purchased from someone using Cope and it was a God awful experience. We financed and everything went though and they refused to give us our keys. We had lenders, title companies, our agent and police calling to tell them the money was received by their title company and then they became unresponsive to everyone. Not answering calls or texts.
