I would give this group 10 stars if I could, they were just that good. We had listed the house over a year ago, and the realtor’s only strategy seemed to be price cuts - first $100,00, then another $50,000. Erin got it priced right from the start. Erin Cooper and her team were so wonderful to work with on the purchase of our new home. Erin went above and beyond to make sure all of our questions were answered and also picked up tasks that the seller’s realtor should have been handling. Update, 5/15/2026. We also used Erin and her team selling our previous house, they did great work, were very helpful, presented the home very well, sold the home quickly for a good price, everything went very smooth, thanks again!
