I got some great same day service from James. I called because my AC had gone out the second time in two weeks. What a crappy hot time for it to go out! I had to wait 4 days the first incident thru my home warranty. I just couldn’t do it this time so I looked up reviews and called these guys. The absolute best in Austin! Cold freeze hit Austin and we were completely unprepared, neither of our heaters worked! Mark helped us out when our AC unit decided to stop working on a 95+ degree day. He was prompt, professional & did great work. In less than an hour he was at our house, assessed the issue & had it fixed. We highly recommend Mark if you are looking for a trustworthy, friendly, local company.
Air LeGare had a brand new HVAC system installed and running in a single day, and handled all of the City of Austin rebate incentives on the back end. A few months later in 100 degree days it’s astonishing how much money I’m saving over my 20 year old system. Highly recommended! Mark really cares about what’s best for your home and will not try to upsell you on a system larger than your house really needs.
Got our new upstairs AC unit put in by The Coolest. Mark's a good guy, got everything set up, and it's running great. We got a great rundown of our available options and had it installed and going strong quickly. Don't look forward to replacing our downstairs AC unit, but it will be done by The Coolest too.
