No social distancing or one-way aisle usage by enployees. Setting bad examples. After five minutes in the store, three people asked me going the wrong way - . none were wearing masks. I know it’s my choice to shop and place myself around others, but don’t act like you have guidelines and not follow them yourselves or mention them to customers as they arrive. RecommendedI stopped in at the container store today, my first visit. After a stressful day at work this quick stop really turned it around. Not only was I impressed with the products available, but also the cleanliness and organization of the store. Everything was well set up and easy to find. Love the new format and found many interesting new items! Will take a little getting used to but will enjoy every minute of finding my way around the new layout!
Waited patiently while 4 employees helped one gentleman that they clearly knew. Two walked away without acknowledging us and the third asked the 4th to help us. After she reminded the fourth that it was time for her break she walked away we were left with the last girl standing who explained that she too didn't have time to help us but if we would go back to the Elpha area she would send someone. We have been long time shoppers of elfa shelving that the container stores carry , in San Diego we had 2 closets, in Dallas my garage and 2 pantries - We are getting ready to do our walk in closet off our master bedroom and decided to get help with the design - it started off ok , told the lady our needs and wants and was promised an email of the design - well no email, no design and the sales ends February.
