RecommendedGreat amenities, never have an issue with parking. Maintenance appears to be on top of everything. I put in a request for maintenance on my resident portal app before bed around 2AM. They were here and my problem was fixed before 11AM! Office staff is friendly, apartments are beautiful and spacious. Community is nice, location is superb. Have only been here just under two months. Unfortunately we are only here for work for a few months, don't want to leave!
RecommendedAm now in my third year at District at Linworth. Maintenance is beyond “good”. It’s wonderful...almost immediate when an issue comes up, done expertly, courteously, cleanly. What sort of maintenance issues? They replace all bulbs in ceiling fixtures when they need replacement. When my toilet stopped up (once in 2 1/4 years), they were here within an hour to unplug it. RecommendedI've been here since July 2016. Loaded with friendly people. The District gives us lots of opportunities to interact and make more friends. Volleyball tournament, pool party, Bourbon and Bingo and JTs Pizza is right across the street.
RecommendedSuch a great community! I've lived in many apartment communities in the Columbus area and this is by far my favorite. The apartments are very nice and reasonably priced for the size and quality of construction. Friendly, responsive staff and plentiful amenities (pool, Vball, dog park!, legit gym, free crossfit/pool yoga, community events). The location is accessible to almost any area of town within 10-20min. JT's pizza across the street. Whole Foods 3mi away. What more do you need?!? All-around great place to live!
