Worst living experience I have ever had. I moved in in March. Upon move in there was a broken patio door, stains on the caulking, the flooring was coming up in the kitchen, the fireplace leaks, and a gold ball came through my window in October 7th. As of October 30th I still have a broken window, broken patio door, stains on the ceiling and a leaky fireplace. I was told a new door was ordered in March, then again in September. Today I called to follow-up...still not ordered. Don’t waste your money.

They raised my rent and have ignored my requests for water damage to be repaired. Also, they disconnected my smoke alarm a month ago and haven’t repaired it.
Love my job and love my co-workers! Its been a great 4 years. looking forward to many more!
Great company!
I am a current resident at the Aurora At Summerfield apartments. I would never recommend this place to anybody. The management in this office is a joke. I moved in September 2017 and here it is July 2018 and my 10-year-old's bedroom window is still cracked and other repairs haven't been made. I filed a complaint with the city they got cited for two things. You pay community electric which is a joke because half the lights on the property don't even work so I don't understand what we are paying for. The office tells you one t... read more
