Do NOT go there I took my laptop in and waited several weeks (the only computer that I had) paid almost $400 and not only was it not fixed, but it never worked the same after. Had to delete entire hard drive and reload everything. The guy I talked to at the front desk was very pompous, but I didn't care as long as they new what they were doing. They didn't! Completely destroyed my computer and never even fixed the initial problem. DO NOT risk taking your computer there!
