Jesters versus Wizards After all the positive reviews seen on the insider pages site, it's likely odd to see a negative one. However, being completely pragmatic and as unbiased as possible, our most recent experience at Computer Wizard in Plano was anything but good. Richard is an outstanding Tech The guys at the computer wizard also help me out well. This time my XPS at a problem that my super computer geek cousin could not fix. Richard took care of it and I had my machine back in 2 days.
Prompt, friendly service Outstanding service. Quintin was able to fix my laptop when another shop was not. The service was prompt and the issue was resolved. I will definitely use them again.
Best Experience at a Computer Shop I will take a Wizard over a Geek or a nerd anyday. Geeks have no personality and seem to talk to you like you are a moron and you have no idea if they can actually fix your machine or not. The guys at The Computer Wizard treated me wih respect AND fixed my machine.

Simply the best! me and my all family have been the Computer Wizard customer for 3 year. We always have the best customer service and professional help for our computers and laptops. Not very good service....... Called last wed night. Was told to bring in computer next day (open at 8 A.M.). Got there at 8:15 A.M. No one showed up until 9:15 A.M. (thursday) even though it is posted on their window and business. . Called owner when I returned home and he was mad no one showed up (said on phone anyway). The owner is extremely knowledgeable about technology and computers and keeps up with the most modern services and products.
