PROFESSIONAL SERVICE After my computer crashed during an upload of a Microsoft patch, I spent many frustrating hours on the telephone with Microsoft and Dell with no results. Then I brought my computer to The Computer Wizard, and within 24 hours it was repaired. If you want professional service with quick turnaround, I recommend The Computer Wizard.
ABSOLUTELY THE BEST!!!! I found Computer Wizard on Google. They are close to me so I gave them a try. In short, I could not be happier. They are courteous and extremely knowledgeable, providing a number of recommendations that significantly enhanced my home computer's performance. They correctly diagnosed and replaced a failed hard drive and my Dell, literally, works better than new all for a very reasonable cost.
Happy since 2002 I started working with the computer Wizard since 2002, when they built my present computer, I have not had any problems with it ever since, it works very good, in fact is been the best computer I ever had. I work a lot on my computer, my business depends on it, so I'm glad I got this one from them, because it has minimized a lot of the headaches I use to have with the old computer. Very Rude I found the computer wizard in the yellow pages. I basially called to see if they did free estimates which is fine that they don't. (it doesnt hurt to ask) I simply kept going down my list of numbers and I accidently called back and asked did they do free estimates thinking i called a different business. The response i got was "You called here already! I told you no first time and that's the same answer you're gonna get." I found that very rude since it was an honest mistake.
