This place is the worst Ryan screwed me over by selling me a faulty graphics card. And also lied to the warranty company about me braking the graphics card. He said false lies that had me on video mistreating the product in the store and when asked if I could see said tape refused to show me any of it saying that it’s pointless. Never go to this place unless you want someone to steal your money. The only person who handled my Graphics card which was the product was Ryan himself. RecommendedI would definitely recommend the Computer Stop. Ryan seems very knowledgeable in PC hardware issues and is very reasonably priced for his work. He was able to diagnose my issue and recommend replacement hardware and install / rebuild my PC.
My PC stalled during the latest Windows Update and got itself where it was unable to boot. I brought in my PC and by the following day, it was up and running!
I broke my laptop screen while I was in the middle of working remotely from home. I panicked and looked up computer repair stores and I was so lucky that I found Ryan. He calmed me down, was able to put a new screen in that he had in stock and I was back to being able to complete my work the same afternoon. Wonderful work, wonderful customer service, and great price. I am so happy and will always use them for my computer repairs. THANK YOU.
