We read the other review and thought this customer was out of her mind. Jon at the computer place took in our laptop after a box store competitor told us we needed a new laptop. He looked it over and then told my husband it would be $80 to fix and we'd be back in business. He was right, next day we had our laptop back and it was like brand new. I saw that these guys have been in business since the early 90's so that repuation speaks for itself! ;) These guys are the BEST! Linda Miller

Worst Service Ever!!! – I took in my laptop for one thing and was told that they provided a cheap service. Yah! Cheap service alright! I was called about 6 days later to pick up my laptop and was charge $70ish dollars. When I got home I noticed that my laptop wouldnt turn on so I gave them a call. I was told to take my laptop back so I did. Aprox. 4-5 days later I called in to check on my laptop and was told that they would look at it the following day.
