Trustworthy Service! – Well we are not sure where the previous negative review came about but this place is the only place in our history of shopping where we found the most outright honest service. Our situation was a three year old laptop that just wouldn't turn on. No matter how many times you hit the power key, the little lights above the keyboard would flash for a second and not turn on. Wonderful and Trustworthy – The Computer Place has always provided me with excellent customer service in addition to outstanding technical support. Second Rate Service and TOO PRICY!! – Paid 40.00 to have them work on comp right away. I didn't get the comp back for two days for the owner and only tech went out on service calls daily. The Computer was slower when it was finally ready.....yes the spyware was gone but my pictures and documents were never recovered. The service was sketchy .....The tech or the owner were not empathetic at all!! my pics and docs were gone and I was charged $$$ 260.00!!! FOR WHAT???? Take your computer somewhere else! Seriously!

Wonderful! Wonderful! Had my computer in there and they let me know the next day what was wrong with it! Did not take long at all and were very helpful!!
