I have used The computer store several times without incident. However this week I dropped off my laptop for maintenance and clean up.... I was called back the next day to pick up laptop. Good right.. Jon tells me my Norton was out of date....which I was unaware of. Jon took it upon himself to delete the program w/o my permission. Installed AVG 2015 w/o my permission. My 360 subscription was valid at time of repair.. Not once did Jon call me about a lapse in coverage. According to him. He deleted, based on what he perfers. N... read more
