I have been getting my prescriptions from this pharmacy for many years, in the past years I have been going through a lot and thanks to Postmaster pharmacy the one thing i don't need remember, as they call me monthly to remind me to get my refills. They are always available if you have questions and they have the best customer experience I have ever had. When I need my prescriptions filled they are ready when they promise . This is definitely the best pharmacy I've had the pleasure of dealing with. The whole team is extremely polity, nice and go above and beyond to help their customers. They are very busy all the time, however, they make sure to let you know how long it will take and they really try to rush it without making any mistakes at the time of delivery. I've been going there for over 10 years and I don't see myself going back to any other pharmacy.
They take forever to fill a prescription even thought theres atleast three people working. They do not sell tylenol 1s even thought it says on the clinic it deals with pain. I was told "it attracts the wrong crowd".. so apparently people with pain is the wrong crowd.
I’ve had an excellent experience with The Compounding Centre Pharmacy. The team has always been incredibly helpful, professional, and genuinely caring. One thing I truly appreciate is that they proactively call and remind me when my medication is due and even ask if I’d like them to send a requisition to my doctor — that level of service makes a big difference and gives real peace of mind. Unbelievable I was not getting any response its been 5 days. The Rude lady who took the call said it's up to me to follow up and then they told me that they have faxed the wrong doctor. Wow then I said that was really bad that they didn't calle back to tell.me they haven't heard back from the doctor they faxed to. Instead she said it was upto me to follow up. I said that's ridiculous maybe I should go to another pharmacy she said good and hung up. Wow!
